Are times recorded for each relay runner individually?
Yes! Timing mats will be at each exchange point to give each runner a time for their leg.
Is there a time limit?
The marathon relay course has a 6-hour time limit. Because water stations, volunteers and police will not be available to participants who fall below the 13:45 per mile pace, runners who fall below this pace will be asked to leave the course for their own safety.
Will there be photos taken during the race?
Yes, and there will be FREE PHOTOS for all participants! That’s right; we have partnered with SportsPhotos.com this year to provide your photos for FREE download after the race. Runners will receive an e-mail from SportsPhotos.com within 24 hours of the race with a link to their online album. If a runner did not provide an e-mail address when they registered, or if there is an error in receiving the e-mail, they can access their photos online 24 hours after the race. Printed photos will be available for purchase.
Is this race open to wheelchair athletes?
Yes! Learn more about specific wheelchair rules and guidelines.
Is transportation provided to and from exchange points?
No. Each relay runner will be responsible for their own transportation to and from their exchange point.
