2017 TRAINING PROGRAM
The Novant Health Charlotte Marathon has partnered with Charlotte based specialty running store, Run For Your Life, to provide participants with training through their Run For You training programs. Run Far, the long distance training program, is a 24 week program for runners preparing for the half marathon or the full marathon. The program includes training plans for runners of all abilities, paces and goals. Run Far can help you whether you are running a specific distance for the first time or you are a veteran to the distance and just want to improve your time and performance.
