All Novant Health Charlotte Marathon events start and finish in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The scenic, winding marathon course takes you through some of Charlotte’s most historic, eclectic, and Instagram-able neighborhoods. From the heart of the Center City, to tree-lined boulevards, arts and cultural districts, and more; you’ll see it all on your way as you Run Charlotte!
